One of the most successful entrepreneurs of this generation

I was never out of work as I learned the secret to getting the job you want. I would offer my services for free for a week and if they liked my work they could hire me. I got every job I wanted.

I have always worked two or three jobs at a time, full and part-time Monday through Friday, and weekend jobs. I was introduced to Amway when I owned gas stations and that counts as a part-time job.

Even now I dabble in four or five spare-time enterprises, Moremito, Alovea, Neumi, plus some consulting. There are 168 hours in a week and half days are twelve hours. My general schedule was ten hours per day seven days per week through my sixties.

Wealth requires a foundation.

We trade hours of labor for income.

Here’s how I did it over the years.

  • I earned my first million in the gas station business opening at 6 AM and closing at 11 PM. I burned out very quickly and went into Real Estate for a season.
  • My second million came from 70 hours of massage and Pilates per week for five years 1989 to 1994. In 1994 I turned 50.
  • Next came the associations of which I managed several through the IMA, Group including Massage, Movement, Personal Trainers, Dance Teachers, and several others.

  • My first work experience for money was at age 11 as a Washington Post and Evening Star paperboy from 1954 until 1957.
  • At age 14, my first W-2 income tax paying job was at G. C. Murphy in 1957 until the end of High School.
  • I graduated high school in June 1962.
  • At age 19, I was a Hick’s Chevrolet assistant service manager.
  • U.S. Post Office letter carrier
  • I worked as a Web Pressman (National Press). 
  • I purchased gas stations.
  • Real estate sales with General Development, Inc. 
  • Founded Silk Screen America job shop for the sign industry.
  • My Pilates Studio started in the Silk Screen America warehouse beginning in 1980 with the encouragement of a Godfather of the Family who is now deceased. He gave his life to Christ a few weeks before he passed away.
  • Owned Silk Screen America late 1970s until 1989 when I added my Pilates practice to Georgetown Bodyworks Wellness Studio and put Silk Screen America in storage. Where it still is today.
  • Georgetown Bodyworks Wellness Center (Founded by my deceased wife Miraa in 1982). 
  • Canadian Deep Muscle Massage Technique (Will developed this technique in 1989).

  • Founding President of the IMA Group, Inc. in 1994 (International Massage Association – Washington, D.C.)
  • Acquired NAMT (National Association of Massage Therapists) in 1995 from an insurance broker.
  • Founding President of Alive Tech, Inc. (1995) a medical corporation for FDA device approval.
  • Encouragement Farm (2008) Experimental Farm for Vegetables and Bees.
  • Encouragement Temple (2008), which was a children’s ministry on the farm for my youngest children and their friends and families
  • Teaching the Body of Christ Deep Muscle Massage (October 2009)
  • “Free Massage Course”, my legacy on YouTube FREE! (2009)
  • Retired 2015 – I Gifted the association to the employees for $10.

  • The Terahertz Massage Technique – I founded this technique in 2023.
  • National Alliance for a Debt-Free America (2023)
  • Setting everyone financially free with Marketplace Ministry
  • Restarted the IMA Group as the International Massage Alliance, an NGO in 2023 to encourage massage professionals.
  • Restarted Georgetown Bodyworks in 2023 to train and certify more wellness and massage professionals.
